TDP - Benchtop Model Single-Punch Tablet Press

This unit is designed for pressing tablets from a variety of materials for research & development and for small-scale production of nutriceuticals, herbals, and other products. This is a bench-top unit, semi-portable, that is motor-driven but can also be hand-driven for adjustment and testing purposes. One punch & die set is included. Fill depth, tablet thickness, and punch pressure are all adjustable. This is by far our most popular unit.

TDP-30 Benchtop Model Single-Punch Tablet Press

This is an extra heavy-duty benchtop unit, capable of producing tablets up to 24mm in diameter (almost an inch).

This machine is widely used for pressing tablets in pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, chemical, herbal, candy,  and other related industries. It can press round  or special shaped tablets from various granular materials. Featuring precision filling, low-noise, low-consumption of material, and smooth operation, the minimum consumption of lab material is just 200g. Flower Basket Tablet Press

This is a medium-duty, continuous, automatic tablet press. It can be used for a wide variety of applications, including many for which the benchtop press can't generate adequate pressure. If you're producing tablets which will need to be coated, then this is the press you should purchase. It can press a variety of shapes and sizes, and can produce large tablets up to fifty millimeters (the maximum size for the benchtop press is 12 millimeters). As with the benchtop press, we provide a variety of operational upgrades.

ZP100 Series Rotary Tablet Press

The ZP100 rotary tablet press is a serial machine widely used by pharmaceutical and food industries to produce all kinds of round and irregularly-shaped tablets.

This series meets GMP standards. The pressing chamber is entirely separate from the drive system. The pressing chamber is paint-free, and all parts contacting powders and tablets are made of stainless steel or the surfaces are specially treated. The chamber is sealed with glass to prevent contamination.

The gear system, the guides and the major wearing parts are fully lubricated by a continual lubrication system. 

This machine can be equipped with special feeding devices to ensure proper feeding of a variety of specialty powders.

With this press, it's very easy to observe operation and to adjust the pressure, thickness, feeding, and speed via hand controls. All operational indicators are on the same side.

Most parts are universal in this series, so it's easy to obtain and change spare parts. The punch and dies meet IPT standards.
